At Viet Trung Company<\/strong>, we provide a clear and transparent cargo insurance policy<\/strong> to maximize customer protection in cases of incidents during transportation and delivery. As most of our clients use services related to logistics, international shipping, and imports, risks may arise such as loss, damage, customs inspection, or confiscation. Our insurance policy is designed to protect your interests in such events.<\/p>\n

\"Cargo<\/p>\n

1. Compensation in case of loss, damage, or force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For goods with insurance service:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– Compensation up to 100% of declared value<\/strong>.
\n– Insurance fee: 5%\u20137%<\/strong> of total shipment value. <\/p>\n

For goods WITHOUT insurance service:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– Bulk cargo by weight:<\/strong> Up to 20,000,000 VND\/ton<\/strong>
\n– Bulk cargo by volume:<\/strong> Up to 10,000,000 VND\/m\u00b3<\/strong>
\n– Mixed cargo (over 50kg\/package):<\/strong> Up to 15,000,000 VND\/bag<\/strong>
\n– Mixed cargo (under 50kg\/package):<\/strong> Up to 250,000 VND\/kg<\/strong>
\n– Small retail\/ordered goods (single packages):<\/strong> Up to 100,000 VND\/kg<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Customers must check packages upon receipt. If there are signs of damage, please SIGN & NOTE<\/strong> immediately. Claims without video evidence of unloading<\/strong> will not be accepted. <\/p>\n

2. Policy for fragile goods<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For NON-fragile goods:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– Case 1:<\/strong> If packaging is dented or damaged, leading to internal breakage \u2192 Compensation up to 100% declared value<\/strong>.
\n– Case 2:<\/strong> If packaging remains intact with no external damage \u2192 No liability<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

For FRAGILE goods:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– Customers must provide packing specifications<\/strong> in advance for proper handling.
\n– Case 1:<\/strong> No prior notice provided \u2192 No compensation<\/strong>.
\n– Case 2:<\/strong> Prior notice given, packaging meets standards \u2192 Compensation up to 100% declared value<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

3. Important notes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

– All claims regarding damaged goods<\/strong> must be supported by video evidence of unloading<\/strong>.
\n– In all cases, Viet Trung Company will provide maximum support<\/strong> to customers.
