How to Use the “Viet Trung Company” App
I. Download the App and Register an Account:
Step 1: Open App Store or Google Play, search “Viet Trung Company” and download the “Viet Trung” app. Or use one of the links below:

Step 2: Open the app → tap “Register Now” → enter your email, phone number, and name (same as on your shipment) → tap “Continue” → enter your delivery address → tap “Continue” → create a password and tap “Register” to complete account setup.
II. Using the App:
+ When your goods arrive at our warehouse, our staff will update the system. You’ll receive a notification in the app and can check each order:
– Tap “Store in Warehouse” if you want to wait for more goods. Your order will be listed under “Stored Orders.” Later, you can request to consolidate and ship them.
– Tap “Pack & Ship” → choose delivery address → enter item name, packing instructions, and shipping method (land, express train, or air freight).
+ After confirming shipment, you can check order status and tracking in the “Orders” section.
+ Once you receive your goods, please tap “Rate Order” to provide service feedback.
