Guide to Setting Up Warehouse Address on Taobao & 1688
Taobao and 1688 are e-commerce platforms that only deliver within China. This means that Vietnamese buyers must set up a warehouse (intermediary) address in China in order to complete their orders and arrange shipping to Vietnam.
How to Add a New Warehouse Address on 1688
Step 1: Log in to your 1688 account
Visit: https://www.1688.com > Click “Log In” > Enter your registered account details.
Step 2: On the left menu bar: Select “订单” (Orders) → “收货地址管理” (Shipping Address Management)
Step 3: Create a new shipping address on 1688 – 收货地址管理
Step 4: Enter warehouse details
Select “Add New Address” (blue button) and fill in all required information:
– Recipient Name: Nguyen Ky Anh
– Phone Number: 008613710964989
– Address: 广州越秀区大沙头路17 – 2号 (17 – 2 Da Sha Tou Lu, Guangzhou)
– Postal Code: 510000
Step 5: Save as default address
Check the box to set as default > Click the blue button to complete 1688 warehouse address setup.
How to Add a New Warehouse Address on Taobao
Step 1: Log in to your Taobao account
Visit: https://world.taobao.com/ > Click “Log In” > Enter your registered account details.
Step 2: Go to the shipping address settings on Taobao
Click “我的收货地址” (My Shipping Address) to add details. Or translate the page into Vietnamese and select “Địa chỉ giao hàng của tôi” (My Shipping Address).
Step 3: Enter warehouse details
Fill in the following:
– Recipient Name: Nguyen Ky Anh
– Phone Number: 008613710964989
– Address: 广州越秀区大沙头路17 – 2号 (17 – 2 Da Sha Tou Lu, Guangzhou)
– Postal Code: 510000
Step 4: Save as default address
Check the box to set as default > Click the blue button to complete Taobao warehouse address setup.
