Ordering & Consignment Policy
With many years of experience in logistics and official imports from China, Viet Trung Company provides cargo consignment services from China to Vietnam quickly, safely, and professionally. To ensure smooth delivery, please carefully read the following regulations before using our service.
1. General Regulations for Consigned Goods
– Viet Trung Company does not accept goods that fall under the banned import list of Vietnam.
– All goods must be carefully packaged. Fragile items must be wrapped with foam, bubble wrap, cushions, or wooden boxes if necessary.
– Absolutely prohibited in consignments:
– Cash
– Food items
– Flammable or explosive goods, counterfeit goods, or IPR-infringing products
– Prohibited goods under Vietnamese and Chinese law
If violations cause damages or legal liabilities, Viet Trung Company will not be responsible.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times depend on the shipping route and method:

Note: Transit time may vary due to customs checks, border congestion, weather, or logistics disruptions. Viet Trung will notify customers in advance.
3. Responsibilities of Viet Trung Company & Customers
Viet Trung Company’s Responsibilities:
– Deliver goods in full quantity and weight as received at our China warehouse.
– Notify customers promptly in cases of force majeure.
– Support door-to-door delivery or pickup at Hanoi, Da Nang, or HCMC warehouses.
Customer’s Responsibilities:
– Inspect and properly package goods before consignment.
– Provide accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or uncontactable recipients will be at the customer’s expense.
– Collect goods on time. Extended warehouse storage will incur fees, and we are not liable for risks if customers delay pickup.
4. Insurance & Compensation Policy
For insured consignments
– 100% compensation based on declared actual value.
– Insurance fee: from 7% of order value.
*Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for maximum protection.*
For non-insured consignments
Compensation rates (maximum):

5. Notes upon Delivery
– Please check package condition carefully before signing.
– If damaged, wet, dented, or missing, request staff to record on the delivery note.
– Without written notes at delivery, Viet Trung Company will not handle later claims.
