Chinese National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Schedule 2025
In 2025, the Chinese National Day (October 1st) coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival (October 8th). Therefore, China will implement an 8-day Golden Week holiday, lasting from October 1st to the end of October 8th, 2025.
During this time, most government agencies, enterprises, wholesale markets, factories, and shipping units in China will temporarily suspend operations simultaneously. This is one of the longest and largest holidays of the year, directly impacting the progress of trade transactions, customs clearance, and international goods transportation.
Holiday Schedule at Viet Trung Company’s Guangzhou Warehouse & Vietnam Office
To facilitate customers in arranging their import plans, Viet Trung Company officially announces the specifics:
- Guangzhou Warehouse: Will close for 02 days (October 1st and October 6th, 2025), temporarily suspending order receiving and processing. Goods will be consolidated and shipped immediately after the warehouse resumes operation.
- Vietnam Office: Will work normally, receiving requests, consulting on orders, and supporting customers throughout the holiday period.
Important Notes for Customers
During the National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, trade transactions and transportation activities in China are temporarily suspended, so customers need to proactively:
- Establish a reasonable import plan, calculating inventory levels to ensure business supply is not disrupted.
- Closely monitor the situation after the holiday, as the volume of accumulated orders is often very large, requiring close coordination with the logistics unit to avoid delays.
- Maintain frequent contact with Viet Trung Company to receive progress updates and have a contingency plan ready in time.
